You’re not alone!

Lindsay Geddes, a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, Clinical Pilates Instructor, and Health Coach with over 19 years of experience, knows that bladder leaks aren’t just about “weak” pelvic floor muscles.
She understands the full-body connections that impact bladder control—and how to address them for real, lasting results.

Here's the Truth...

Bladder leaks aren’t just about weak pelvic floor muscles. The real issue could be inside or outside the pelvis, disrupting how your bladder and pelvic floor work together.

If you don’t address the actual cause, the leaks won’t stop—no matter how many Kegels you do.

But you don’t have to settle for frustration or quick fixes that don’t last.

Lindsay’s proven 3-step process – The Bladder Confidence Method ™, tackles the real problem, so you can put an end to the leaking, never worry about where the closest bathroom is, and stop the anxiety of whether your pad is smelly.

Self-Release Beyond the Pelvis

Did you know that tension and restrictions in areas outside of the pelvis can significantly impact pelvic health? Lindsay's approach focuses on working with the whole body to address these underlying issues.

Nervous System Rewiring

When your nervous system is stuck in “fight or flight,” it creates unhelpful brain-bladder and brain-pelvic floor connections, leading to urgency and leaks. Our approach rewires these pathways so your bladder and pelvic floor respond appropriately—without overreacting.

Pelvic Floor Muscle Lengthening

Muscles need to fully relax and lengthen to be strong, efficient, and coordinated. Unlike outdated pelvic health programs, this one includes essential lengthening techniques to optimize function.

Pelvic Floor Muscle Strengthening

We offer targeted, progressive exercises that go beyond traditional, outdated Kegels. Designed to build strength, coordination, and endurance, these movements help your pelvic floor work efficiently for lasting bladder control.

Pressure Management

Proper pressure control is key to bladder health. Learn how to balance pressure on your bladder and pelvic floor with better breathing, posture, core engagement and more—reducing strain and preventing leaks.

Breathing Optimization

The way you breathe directly affects your bladder and pelvic floor. Our exercises improve diaphragm-pelvic floor coordination, calm the nervous system, enhance core stability and support better bladder control.

Fully Body Coordination

Your pelvic floor doesn’t work in isolation. Our exercises strengthen the connection between your bladder, pelvis, and entire body, improving movement, stability, and bladder control.

Why Work With Lindsay

After having my second baby, I thought my bladder leaks were just part of being a mom. I brushed them off, assuming they’d go away on their own. But they didn’t. Instead, they got worse.

I started leaking when I laughed, sneezed, exercised—even just walking down the street. It was embarrassing, frustrating, and left me feeling like I had lost control of my own body.

I tried all the traditional advice—Kegels, squeezing harder, random YouTube exercises. Nothing worked.

I felt discouraged and stuck, wondering if this was just my new normal. I stopped doing the things I loved, avoided certain clothes, and worried about every long car ride or social event.

I wanted to feel like myself again, but I had no idea where to start.

That’s when I decided to take matters into my own hands. I dug deeper, looking beyond the outdated advice and quick-fix solutions.

I spent years researching, testing, and refining my approach.

With over 19 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, Orthopedic Physical Therapist, Clinical Pilates Instructor, and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women regain confidence in their bodies. I’ve worked with thousands of women struggling with bladder leaks, urgency, frequency, and feeling disconnected from their own bodies.

Through my extensive training in exercise science, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, functional movement, core and pelvic floor dysfunction, and nervous system regulation, I discovered what truly works—and what doesn’t— when it comes to bladder control.

Bladder issues aren’t just about your pelvic floor—they’re influenced by your whole body, your habits, and how your nervous system responds to urgency. When you address these factors together, you can go beyond managing symptoms to regaining true control and confidence.

I learned that bladder control isn’t just about strengthening your pelvic floor—it’s about your whole body, your habits, and how your nervous system responds.

I know exactly what works because I’ve been through it myself—and I’ve guided others through the same transformation.

I took everything I learned and created a proven 3-step process: The Bladder Confidence Method™—the exact framework I now use with my clients in the clinic and online. This method goes beyond boring Kegels and gets to the real reason behind your bladder issues.

With the right approach, you don’t have to live with leaks or plan your life around bathrooms. You don’t have to avoid movement, wear pads, or worry about laughing too hard. I’ve been where you are, and I know how frustrating it feels—but I also know there’s a way out.

If you’re ready to finally take control of your bladder (without surgery, medication, or complicated exercises), I’d love to show you how.
